Numerical control turret punch (NCT) is a kind of pressure processing equipment integrating machine, electricity, liquid and gas, which is used for punching and shallow drawing of sheet metal. This is not the same as an ordinary punch.

NC turret punch (NCT) is a processing program compiled by programming software (or manual). The principle of punching machine is to convert circular motion into linear motion, and the flywheel is driven by the main motor, and the gear, crankshaft and connecting rod are driven by the clutch to realize the linear motion of the slider. The motion from the main motor to the connecting rod is circular.

There is a connection point between the connecting rod and the slider between circular motion and linear motion, and the circular motion is transformed into linear motion of the slider through this mechanism.

Punch presses the material through the machine to deform it, so as to obtain the required shape and accuracy. The reaction force caused by the force applied to the material during machining is absorbed by the main body of the punching machine.

Precautions for use

Before the puncher works.

(1) Check the lubrication of all parts to fully lubricate the lubricating electricity.

(2) Check whether the mold installation is correct and reliable;

(3) Check whether the compressed air pressure is within the specified range.

(4) Check whether the switch button is sensitive and reliable, and ensure that the flywheel and clutch are disengaged before starting the motor;

at work

(1) Use a manual lubricating oil pump to regularly deliver lubricating oil to the lubricating point.

(2) When you are not familiar with the performance of the press, you are not allowed to adjust the press without authorization.

(3) It is absolutely forbidden to punch two layers of metal plates at the same time.

(4) Stop working immediately when finding abnormal work, and check it in time.

after work

(1) Disconnect the flywheel and clutch, cut off the power supply and release the remaining air.

(2) Wipe the press clean and coat the workbench with antirust oil.

(3) Make records after each operation or maintenance.
