Farmers Bank Card Lost Procedure

Hello! Lost debit card replacement, need to be carried by the cardholder in person with a valid identity document to the card issuing bank jurisdiction of any branch (except Ningxia, Hainan, Shandong, Guangdong) for, can not be done on behalf of. If the payment password is forgotten, the card replacement should be done after the written loss of the password, and then the card replacement.

1. If you have not yet lost your card, it is recommended that you first apply for a verbal loss as soon as possible through channels such as Palm Banking, Internet Banking, and 95599 telephone.

2. In order to fulfill the regulatory requirements and prevent telecommunication fraud, please consult with the handling branch for details of specific operations.

You can apply for verbal loss of your debit card through the following channels to ensure the safety of your account funds:

1. Palm Bank: Please log in to the Palm Bank APP, click on "Home ?V My Account", click on the card number of the lost debit card to enter the details page, and then click on "Lost" to operate. Click "Lost" to operate.

2. Internet Banking: Please log in to your personal Internet Banking, click "Accounts→Bank Accounts→Debit Cards→Account Management in the upper right corner→Lost Accounts".

3. Customer Service Hotline: Please call the 24-hour customer service hotline 95599 for verbal loss through self-service voice or manual service.

4. Self-service terminals: through the self-service terminals, select "card/passbook loss", enter the card number and payment password for loss.

5. Over the counter: Cardholders are requested to apply for verbal loss at any branch nationwide with their valid ID (or ID number) and PIN (agents are allowed, but they must provide both the original and a copy of the valid ID of the cardholder and the agent).

Note: The risk of loss of account funds is borne by me.

If the first six digits of your debit card number are 622848, 622845, 622846, 622849, the cardholder can choose to retain the original card number when applying for lost card replacement and damaged card replacement services at any Bank of Agriculture outlets across the country, and then receive a new card after 15 working days. Whether or not the other numbered debit cards support the same number of card replacement or replacement cards needs to be verified with the outlets under the jurisdiction of the card issuer.

Warm tips:

1. Due to the differences in business processing in various regions, please refer to the actual processing in the outlets.

2. Lost the same number to replace the card, not to receive a new card before the card status is written lost, card stop payment, not activated state. By the cardholder himself to receive and handle the activation before use. During the card replacement period, you can receive remittance as normal (not support receiving super net banking incoming).

If your credit card is lost, you can apply for lost card through the following channels:

1. Palm Bank: Please log in to Palm Bank APP, click "Home→Credit Cards→Card Manager→Lost and Replacement Cards", select the credit card you want to lose, enter your cell phone number and verification code, and click "Next". Click "Next" and the card will be lost successfully.

2. Internet banking: Please log in to your personal Internet banking and click "Credit Card→Settings→Lost Card Replacement" to apply for credit card loss and replacement.

3. WeChat: Please pay attention to the "Agricultural Bank of China Credit Card" WeChat public number, after binding the credit card, you can enter the "manual" to the card card teacher for you to handle the card protection business.

4. Customer service hotline: please call our 24-hour credit card center customer service hotline 4006695599 (not open 400 areas, please call 02161195599, outside the country, please call +86-21-61195599) for loss.

5. Over the counter: cardholders are requested to bring their IDs to the Bank's outlets for lost and replacement services.

Warm reminder:

1. Once the loss of the card is processed, it will take effect immediately and cannot be revoked.

2. You need to pay 50 RMB from your account for the lost procedure fee (free of charge for special cards such as Platinum Card). The Bank will bear the economic loss of the fraudulent use of the card after the effective date of the lost procedure, and will mail the replacement card to you in a timely manner.

3. After the loss, the Bank will provide you with a new card free of charge, which will be sent to you by registered mail. If you wish to receive the new card as soon as possible, you can apply for an EMS courier service, which will require you to pay an emergency processing fee of RMB 20 yuan per transaction (free of charge for platinum cards and other special card types) from your account.

If you lose your credit card, you can do the following:

1. Card protection: Our bank can temporarily add card protection for you, the temporary freeze is valid for 7 days, and will be automatically lifted by then.

2. Reducing the credit limit: In addition to card protection, you can also choose to reduce the credit limit of your card. Card protection and lowering the credit limit will still involve some risk, and you will still have to bear the risk on your own until you have lost your card. In order to protect your financial security, if your card is confirmed lost, please apply for the lost business immediately.

3. Lost and found: You can apply for lost and found through the Bank's personal banking APP, "Agricultural Bank Credit Card" WeChat public number, personal Internet banking, customer service hotline 4006695599, the counter and other channels.
