Tools/materials: a small bowl of pea starch, half a cucumber, peanuts, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp white sugar, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, proper amount of Laoganma or Chili oil, proper amount of garlic paste, proper amount of salt, measuring cups, pots, etc.

6. Shred cucumber, peeled peanuts, minced garlic and minced parsley. Mix bowl juice: soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sugar, oyster sauce, Laoganma or Chili oil, salt and sesame oil.
7. Mix all the materials together.
