The modification cost of this structure is low, the original brake caliper zipper motor is retained, the tightening torque is increased by the reducer, and the rope is pulled by the worm mechanism, so that the automatic braking module and the cable motor are installed on the chassis to achieve the purpose of tightening the hand brake. At the same time, an emergency release zipper is installed to prevent the brake from being released when the motor is stuck. In addition, there is another way to completely replace all the original cable pulling mechanisms, including the brake caliper, which is more expensive, and the brake motor is directly exposed and integrated on the brake caliper. The first method is to increase the torque through the motor deceleration mechanism to push the brake piston and lock the brake pad. The cost is quite low and the modification is convenient. If it really needs to be modified, the first method is recommended.
