How to treat the music classroom reform in primary and secondary schools

At present, there are some popular sayings in the society: "It doesn't matter if you don't take music class, it's a minor anyway, and there is no pressure to go to school." This is from parents of some students and teachers of other related disciplines. Even after the music class is over, Chinese or math teachers go to work to do their things. Even in class, they are taught to learn a song according to the old model. If they meet a class with poor discipline again, they will be forced to go on. I don't think this can be simply attributed to teachers or students. To some extent, the current education system is purely for entrance examinations. Do you think students can still calm down and listen to your music class under such a big situation? The answer is definitely "no". Therefore, in view of this social situation, it is urgent to implement new music curriculum standards.
Facing the promulgation and implementation of new music curriculum standards, we music educators must adhere to aesthetic education as the core, pay attention to cultivating students' interests, hobbies and emotions in music, and strive to cultivate sentiment, enlighten wisdom and stimulate students' interest and pursuit of beauty through music education. Pay attention to students as the main body, actively explore, feel, understand and express music, and create music on a certain basis. To this end, I summed up the following points in my teaching practice:
1 For the subject students, they should consciously accept, love and feel the beauty of music.
An important feature of modern education is to respect every child. Education, especially music education, should not force students to do things they don't want to do, but should return their interest in learning to students and make them become a conscious consciousness. Let students often enter the music classroom with strong interest, let students always maintain a positive attitude and pleasant experience in music learning, let the music classroom become the spiritual home of students, and let music really enter the hearts of children and become a beautiful thing in their hearts. Specifically, the following aspects should be realized:
1. 1 gives the right of expression.
Give students (some) rights. In the past, teachers had great power and absolute authority, and students were not allowed to have any problems. I think teachers have too much power, which greatly restricts students' innovative thinking. You see, music has been an annoying problem for music teachers for a long time, because it is a small subject and the old classroom is not attractive to students. Some teachers say that a class lasts 40 minutes, and 20 minutes is used to maintain discipline. Some teachers simply point batons at students and tell them to sit still, just for the sake of classroom discipline and order. You said that this kind of music class is not only an inefficient waste of educational resources, but also directly kills students' only interest in music class. Music is one of the oldest, most common and most infectious art forms of human beings, an indispensable and important form of human thoughts, feelings and communication, and an organic part of human life. People's love and pursuit of music should not and cannot be bound in a disciplined and absolutely quiet music classroom. Emotional education is an extremely important factor in aesthetic education, and music art itself is an emotional art. Students get rich emotions in the joys and sorrows of music, and cultivate their own aesthetic taste through emotional experience, which is their initial ability to feel and express music. When students are intoxicated with the gripping melody, they may be unable to help humming and clapping. I think the words "good sense of music" and "strong sense of rhythm" at this time are several times stronger than a reprimand.
1.2 gives the evaluation right
"Every time I take an exam, the teacher always whispers that I am tone-deaf. Although the voice is not big, I can hear it clearly. The classroom of music class is simply my execution ground! " This is a student's heartfelt words. Teachers, let go of our authoritative evaluation. This curriculum reform advocates developmental evaluation to protect students' self-esteem and self-confidence. Developmental evaluation requires teachers to look at each student from a developmental perspective.
The practice of classified query of periodical papers in periodical libraries proves that the final evaluation will be better if we attach importance to this development process evaluation. Why not do it?
We should provide a relaxed and happy music teaching environment for cultivating students.
To achieve this, from the current situation, it is still not optimistic. This is a long-term plan. Because if there is no special music classroom in music class, students are not allowed to have their own redundant actions in the original classroom due to space constraints, so they will be constrained. Therefore, the classroom should be changed, so that there is no podium or desk in a classroom, and teachers can walk among the students, surround them and even sing and dance among them like children. On the surface, this is just a change in class form. 2. 1 Respect students' hobbies and change "baton" into "guide"
Music art has its rich connotation and extension, and it is a comprehensive art form. Due to age characteristics, personality differences, knowledge level and other factors, students' preferences for music vary widely. In teaching, teachers should not only understand music education in the narrow scope of "knowledge" and "discipline", but should fully embody the quality education thought of "people-oriented, student-centered" on the basis of the values of "fully developing each student's personality". Lose the absolute authority of teachers in traditional education, understand students' hobbies, know what students like and dislike, find a suitable teaching entrance according to students' hobbies, make the best use of the situation, turn the baton into a "guiding stone" and lead students to explore the wonderful music world. Here, teachers are no longer chattering preachers, and students are no longer replicas of teachers' thoughts and feelings; Curriculum is no longer a single textbook in the pure sense. On the contrary, teachers can study and solve a series of problems such as what students want to learn and how to learn from the perspective of students learning music. Students can also actively participate and study happily under the guidance of teachers. In this way, teachers and students have become the creators and developers of the curriculum, and become an organic combination to finally achieve the teaching goals.
2.2 Respect students' emotional experience and change "condescending" into "equal intersection". The essence of music education is aesthetic education, and the charm of music education lies in emotional people and emotional people. Its greatest feature is to arouse people's interest, impress people's emotions and make people get a happy education through artistic activities. In teaching, we often ignore students' emotional experience and impose teachers' own thoughts and feelings on students. What is the result? Under the practice of fixed thinking mode and learning mode, students gradually lost the innate musical instinct of human beings. No matter whether you play cheerful or deep music to him in class, many students will be indifferent and have no feelings. In view of the fuzziness of emotional expression in music art, the feeling and understanding of music art should not be absolute, nor should it be simply added up. Therefore, in teaching, teachers should be willing to walk off the platform, pay attention to every emotion of students, listen to their voices, encourage more and blame less; More communication, less "orders"; Talk more and instill less. Only in this way can students change from passive to active, from acceptance to participation, and our music classroom will become an equal, harmonious, relaxed, happy and interesting classroom.
