How to run tai chi steps
Take the 24-style Tai Ji Chuan as an example, the catwalk is practiced like this: the body squats down, the center of gravity moves to the left leg, the right leg is gently lifted, and it is curved to the right front through the inside of the left foot, the heel lightly touches the ground, the left foot is kicked, the right knee is bent, the center of gravity moves forward, the right palm touches the ground, and the toes move forward into a right lunge.
Then, the center of gravity moves backward, with the right heel off the ground, with the right heel as the axis, the waist and buttocks turn right, the right heel is swung 45 degrees to the right, and the left foot is kicked, and the center of gravity moves to the right leg, with the left heel off the ground first and then the toes off the ground, and the left leg is lifted slightly, and then it forms an arc to the left front through the inside of the right foot, and then the heel gently lands, kicks the right foot, bends the left knee, moves forward, and the left palm and toes land forward into a left lunge.
Such a cycle of exercise is cat walking. It should be noted that the body should not fluctuate when lifting feet, squatting and shifting the center of gravity.
