The Spring Festival is the grandest and most lively traditional festival of the Chinese nation, and there are many Spring Festival customs.

The twenty-third is the so-called New Year's Day, which is said to be the day when "Lord Zao went up to heaven". We have to put up a picture of Lord Zao in the kitchen, and my mother-in-law also puts up burnt cakes, sesame candies and other tributes in front of the picture in the hope that Lord Zao will say a few words to bring happiness to the family and bless them with peace and security in the coming year.

"On the twenty-fourth day of the Lunar New Year, we dust and sweep the house." This day my mother and I put the family living room, kitchen, bathroom, balcony inside and outside the dust and dirt, health dead ends thoroughly to sweep once again, the window polished through the bright and shiny, looking everywhere clean, their hearts happy.

This year, my mom and I went to Shanxi, to attend my mom's class reunion, and also spent my birthday with everyone. We also went skiing at the ski resort in the afternoon. I fell down a few times, but I was still very happy and joyful!

The Spring Festival, the red spring couplets, red lanterns set a thriving atmosphere; the smile on everyone's face testifies to the wonderful life we have now; the bursts of firecrackers and the sky of firecrackers sends us the expectation of the coming year!
