1. The differences between traditional holidays and statutory holidays include:
The concept of (1) is different. Legal holidays refer to New Year's Day, Spring Festival, Tomb-Sweeping Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Labor Day, Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day. Enterprises generally implement a monthly salary system, which does not involve private enterprises paying wages on weekends;

2. Legal basis: Article 36 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Labor Law.
