What is the principle of coagulation?
1. Three stages of prothrombin activator production (1).
(2) Prothrombin is activated to produce thrombin.
(3) Fibrinogen generates fibrin under the action of thrombin.
Two ways
(1) All coagulation factors involved in endogenous coagulation pathway are in blood vessels. The priming factor is XII, and factors Xa, V, Ca2+ and PF3*** together constitute a prothrombin activating factor.
(2) The initial factor of exogenous coagulation pathway participating in coagulation is tissue factor (Ⅲ) from tissue. The activating factor is III, and factors III, VII and Ca2+ form a complex activating factor X, and then the reaction process is the same as the endogenous coagulation pathway.
Factors affecting blood coagulation
1. general factors (1) smoothness of contact surface: contact with rough surface accelerates blood coagulation.
(2) Temperature: The increase of temperature in a certain range accelerates blood coagulation.
(3)Ca2+ concentration: The higher the concentration, the faster the blood coagulation.
