What's the difference between headhunting and recruitment?

Headhunters generally look for candidates for positions/positions in other companies, and recommend them to employers after preliminary screening;

Recruitment is generally directly selected by the employer.

Of course, sometimes the employer will entrust the right to the headhunting company, and the headhunting company will take up the post directly after selection.
