How to make steamed buns with flour?
Preparation materials: 300g pork, 300g wheat flour, shallots 1 root, ginger 1 small pieces, cooking wine 1 teaspoon, 2 teaspoons soy sauce, sugar 1 teaspoon, 5g salt, 3g yeast powder and 260g water.
