Wrestling skills
Chinese wrestling is based on wrestling techniques and originated from a specialized technique in unarmed martial arts. It is one of the four skills of China Wushu: kicking, hitting, throwing and grabbing. Later, it was separated from kicking, hitting and taking, and gathered the essence of unarmed movements selected by various martial arts factions, forming its own school. But now it is still related to boxing, but it has developed independently.
According to historical records, it was called "Jiao Di" in Qin and Han Dynasties and "Wrestling, Hand Wrestling and Sumo" in Jin Dynasty. During the Three Kingdoms period, Cao Cao, the ruler of Wei, introduced wrestling as a training subject into the military camp. In the Tang Dynasty, Jing Zong, Zhuang Zong and Wenzong all liked wrestling, which led to the rapid development of wrestling to a light and flexible level. In the Song Dynasty in 960,111127, the seventy-fourth time of the Water Margin in the late Northern Song Dynasty, "Yan Qing jumped on Optimus Prime and Li Kui JYShou Zhang Qiao sat in the official position", and Yan Qing fought for the king of wrestling, which has vividly described the skills of "falling". The movements described in the book are now China's Sanshou wrestling and crossing the crotch. According to the book, "Taiyuan Sumo Optimus Prime served as a former teacher, taught 200 or 300 disciples, and was a master of 20 or 30 sumo wrestling". On that day, Yan Qing, Song Jiang, etc. played: I studied sumo with Mr. Lu since childhood. "。 At least he fell on the stage and lost, and died without complaint. If you win, you will also add some glory to your brother. "
It is said that wrestling skills were sublimated in the Song Dynasty and pushed to the stage of popularization. In the Southern Song Dynasty, Yue Fei defended Yanmenguan against the gold and the enemy, and the whole army was wiped out. Up to now, there is still the word "wild goose falls into the wind", that is, it began in this dynasty, and the wrestling competition has been formed, and another school founder has been established. The author thinks that according to historical records, Lu Junyi (Mr. Lu), the head coach of the 800,000 imperial army, should be promoted as the ancestor of wrestling.
Chinese wrestling has been practiced for several generations, accommodating wrestling methods of all ethnic groups and provinces. In the Qing dynasty, it was monopolized by the court and professionalized. The Qing royal family came from the desert grassland and preferred wrestling competitions. The wrestling masters are selected at different levels, and they combine the elite of the court martial arts masters to further dig, study, organize, practice and temper, so that this wrestling skill can be cast and perfected. Masters formed a "good rescue camp", that is, professional personal guards to protect the emperor from hanging knives. The samurai wrestler in Good Fighting Camp was called "Buku", and the definition of wrestling technology was formed and reached its peak.
From Qing Dynasty to modern times, Chinese wrestling is the most popular sport in Zhao Yan, Hebei Province. At present, Chinese wrestling techniques in all parts of China are spread from Beijing, Tianjin and Bulgaria, so everyone knows that Hebei is the cradle of Chinese wrestling. North China has strong strength and excellent wrestling skills, and it is divided into three main streams: Beiping wrestling, Baoding wrestling and Tianjin wrestling.
(1) Beiping wrestling: The imperial foot, also known as the king's foot, was formed by inheriting the legacy of "saving the camp" in the Qing Dynasty. It is a king's demeanor, with great technical movements and small shape (wrestling rack), which is very similar to the night patrol of civet cats. When the white ape wants to escape, it is commonly called "cucumber rack". It will fall with ten times the force, just like an eagle pouncing on a rabbit, breaking a thousand pounds skillfully, and the rabbit will roll over the eagle, which is light and fast.
In 1930s, wrestling in Beiping was all the rage, and Beijing was famous all over the country. At that time, one of the strongest wrestlers in JingTianqiao was Shen San (Shen Yousan), Sambo (Bao) and Yang Chunheng. Shen San practiced what is commonly known as "thin-arm wrestling"-martial arts combined with wrestling, which means that ghosts and gods can't escape, that is, they fall fast: they break a thousand pounds skillfully, and now they are called "Sanshou wrestling". Sambo plays "rough arm wrestling"-a skillful type, a skillful one presses fast, just moderately strong, and a powerful one falls ten times, that is, he is now holding the handle (hand) of the fall. Shen San is the prototype of the protagonist Shinzo in TV series. Shen San is better than Sambo, and Shuang Jie's reputation in Beijing Tianqiao has been passed down to this day.
Since ancient times, Yanzhao has been a hero.
(2) Baoding Wrestling, also known as Baoding Fu Fast Wrestling: Sanshou Wrestling. Attach great importance to fast technique, especially the appearance of big frame (wrestling frame). Baoding's dish-falling technique is skillfully used: tearing, collapsing, stabbing, leading, cross-legged, up-and-down coordination, seamless, flashing needle recognition, clever trick, quick play, softness in rigidity, wisdom in fierceness, hiding needles in cotton, being good at controlling the big with small, combining loose buttons, imperceptibly and instantly reaching the designated position.
In modern times, wrestlers of this school include Kazuo Hirai, Zhang, Bai Junfeng, Man Laoming and others. Later, Chang Dongsheng, Chang Dongru, Chang Dongpo and Chang were famous, and Yan Yishan, Ma and other heroic predecessors were equally famous. Among them, Chang Dongsheng, the first, won the reputation of "Hua" with his wrestling skills, skillful, chic and elegant movements, and often beat his opponents invisibly. He used to be the senior head coach of Taiwan Province Province, and successively founded "Chinese Wrestling Gymnasium" in the United States, French, Singaporean and other countries.
Modern wrestlers include Wang Yanhui, director of Hebei Wrestling, Taekwondo and Boxing Center; Zhang Jianzhong, Shen Jingang and Guo Jiansheng, head coaches of Hebei Judo Team; Zhou Fu, Yang Jianguo, Wang Shengli, An Changqing and other "Five Tiger Generals".
King of Golden Gate, the stars shine.
(3) Tianjin Autumn: It is the autumn between Beiping Autumn and Baoding Autumn, and its movements are very rough, powerful and natural. Will be dexterous, fast. Power is integrated. There are four famous wrestlers in modern times: Li Ruidong, Buenfu and Tianjin Wei. At that time, Tianjin's good players rarely confronted foreign famous players, and their fame was not as prominent as that of Beijing and Bulgaria. Tianjin wrestlers are famous in different places. Thanks to Beijing wrestlers, let's go back to the summer in 1940 Beiping. That year, Tianjin Zhang Liansheng went to Beiping Tianqiao and got off the wrestling field alone. Defeated the local governors many times, and became famous. Then, he opened the door wide and went into Tianjin. Wei Hero, Zhang and Zhang came to help. On a sunny night, a famous wrestler in Beijing specially gave a banquet in the Pie Week Restaurant and invited four people. Heroes gather and stars shine. Since then, Beiping wrestling altar has left the reputation of four big pieces, and the names of the four big pieces have also spread to Beijing and Tianjin wrestling altar.
In the early 1950s, the motherland was in full swing. Chinese wrestling is a national quintessence inspired by Marshal He Long, director of People's Republic of China (PRC) State Sports Commission. On the basis of mass fitness activities, all provinces in China have set up professional teams to systematically promote and sublimate this national quintessence. Hebei established a professional team on the basis of Tianjin, with Mr. Zhang Hongyu as the head coach and Hebei as the head coach. 1925, Mr. Zhang Hongyu first learned martial arts from Mr. Li Hongbin in Liuhe Gate, and then learned wrestling from Mr. Wang Kunshan, the shopkeeper of beef shop in Qinghe Street, Shinan, Tianjin. Wang Kunshan's teacher is Cui He Da Lao Feng (Feng Delu), a "Buku" child of the Qing Dynasty. Kid Cui has several unique skills, that is, he is a stumbling block, and he can knock his opponent out as soon as he meets him. Da Laofeng's wrestling method is delicate and deceitful, and he often puts his opponent at the end before he can react. Together with wrestling masters Zhang, Zhang and Zhang, Mr. Lao has cultivated many national champions and athletes in Tianjin, such as Cui Fuhai, Yang Haisheng, Sanger, Danba and Jin, with both talents and talents. Famous players from this province and other provinces will be taught by them. They have contributed to the sports wrestling in China. Let us deeply thank and miss them.
From the early fifties to the sixties, Tianjin, the cradle of national wrestling champions and rich in talents, formed a team on behalf of Hebei and later became famous throughout the country.
The multilateral style of Tianjin wrestling is fast, accurate and ruthless, which is lined up by the commander-in-chief of the three armed forces, Laojiu Kui Zhang, Yang Ziming, who is dust-free, Wang Enxin, a wrestling thief Meng Guangbin, Tie Biezi Jia Fucai, Wei Meng, Jiang Xueyuan, a lightning knight and others. Yang Ziming and Meng Guangbin, the first batch of outstanding athletes in Hebei Province, occupied three places, among which Yang Ziming was the most prominent, winning the national championship with ten wins in the national wrestling competition from 65438 to 0956. Even though his collarbone was broken in a national competition, he continued to play and won. The word "fast" in Chinese wrestling was sublimated to the extreme, which lasted for nine days, and the moon within reach wandered in the world of wrestling. So far, they have left a song in the world Chinese wrestling field.
Chinese wrestling is a part of the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation. China won the right to host the 2008 Olympic Games, but one thing stung the hearts of China people. That is, on the huge Olympic stage, China does not have a national sport. Honesty makes the world respect China Kung Fu, which is full of mysterious oriental colors. Among all kinds of China Kung Fu, the national skill that best represents the Chinese nation is "Chinese-style" wrestling.
"Chinese-style" wrestling has a long history, a long history, extensive and profound, and is an important branch of national quintessence and martial arts. It existed in the Han dynasty, when it was scientifically called "out of step", and it was also called "wrestling" since ancient times. There is a saying that kicking far and hitting close, falling close to the body. Wrestling can not only cultivate people's physical qualities such as strength, speed, dexterity and flexibility, but also cultivate people's brave, decisive, resolute and tenacious fighting spirit.
At present, all major cities in China attach great importance to this project. Shandong has hosted several King's Cup competitions, and more than 100 foreign countries have been learning our national wrestling. In order to promote the rapid development of this sport in Jinzhou, become an Olympic event at an early date, revitalize the development of Chinese wrestling and cultivate Chinese wrestling talents, we established Zhongtian Chinese Wrestling Club.
