1. Draw opening lines: Draw lines on the front, back and side of the door according to the opening drawing provided by the manufacturer. (See the specific drawings for the specific opening diagram). Draw hole lines on the front and back of the door: determine the installation height of the door lock, and the height of the handle is 90CM away from the bottom of the door. (If the old door is modified, the door shall prevail. ) Draw the hole line according to the hole. Draw the line by the door: draw the center of the door first, and draw the line by punching. Draw the opening of door frame: after the lock core is installed, open the door frame and open the line according to the corresponding position of the lock core (according to the requirements of opening the line diagram). Pay attention to the height of the corresponding lock cylinder when opening the door frame.

2. Open the door: First, open the front and back according to the drawn door opening line. Pay attention to prevent wood fiber from flash when opening holes (it is best to cut the fiber along the opening line with a knife first) to prevent the opening from being too large. Then open the door opening of the door frame according to the drawn door opening line. Note: the hole size of the door frame should be high to prevent the door lock from shaking due to the empty position.

3. Install the door lock: after opening the packing box, first check whether the door lock parts are complete and the direction is consistent with the room, and test whether the computer lock core and circuit board work normally with the battery before installing the door lock. Install the lock cylinder into the door panel, insert the connector into the inner side panel, and all the fixing holes meet the requirements.

4. Install the mechanical lock head: Install the mechanical lock head into the lock core, fix it with screws, and check whether the mechanical key can open the door. When installing the front and rear lock bodies, adjust the idling four-corner rotating sleeve of the lock core to the correct position (the inner hole of the four-corner rotating sleeve is marked with square shaft and spring), and install the front lock body on the door panel.
