How is rubber produced?

1. Oil processing plants transport synthetic rubber in powder or liquid form to rubber manufacturing plants. To use natural rubber, it is strong and big, and workers must first break it and dissolve it.

2. Mix the rubber with ground pumice powder (which can make the rubber slightly hard), iron oxide (which can make the rubber pink), vegetable oil, sulfur and other substances.

3. Heat the mixture to mix sulfur with rubber, so as to increase the strength of rubber and make it more durable.

4. Feed the soft and still warm raw materials into a punching machine (squeeze them into a mold) to make a slender rubber rod. Cut the glue stick into small pieces with a knife, wait for it to cool, and then transport it to the pencil factory to make the eraser on the pencil. ?

5. Bulk rubber used alone is made by injecting heated rubber mixture into molds of various shapes. After cooling, the mold is opened and erasers of various shapes come out.
