Preparation involves breathing, relaxation or not, and ultimately the effect of the six-character formula. Unless you have been practicing lying down, actually lying down also involves preparing to relax and be natural. Relaxing the waist is a major and important aspect of preparing potential.

It's actually very simple, but if you practice it as a natural habit, you will succeed. According to Ma Lao's textbook, there is nothing special, but my friends and I have summed it up in practice. When doing warm-up exercises, I focused on the lower body.

It's best to relax your feet, keep them in this state, and concentrate on your abdomen when practicing, practicing and breathing back. This is a heavy state, similar to Tai Ji Chuan's practice essentials. Try it carefully. The above method should not be done at first, so it doesn't matter. Take your time, just stick to it.
