Relationship between New Energy and Traditional Energy in China

The relationship of coordinated development.

New energy (NE): also known as unconventional energy. Refers to various forms of energy other than traditional energy. Refers to the energy that has just been developed or actively studied and needs to be popularized, such as solar energy, geothermal energy, wind energy, ocean energy, biomass energy, nuclear fusion energy and so on.

Traditional energy generally refers to conventional energy, which has been produced on a large scale and widely used. Table 2- 1 Statistics of several energy sources such as coal, oil and natural gas. They are all disposable and non-renewable conventional energy sources. Hydropower is renewable energy, such as Gezhouba Hydropower Station and Three Gorges Hydropower Station. As long as the Yangtze River water does not dry up, power generation will not stop. Coal, oil and natural gas are not. They have been formed in the earth's crust for millions of years, and these energy sources cannot be regenerated in a short time. So it is natural for people to have a sense of crisis.
