How to deburr stainless steel with a diameter of 1.7?

The following equipment and methods can be used to deburr small holes: tapping

1. Abrasive whitening polishing machine

Abrasive fluid machining is a special machining that uses viscoelastic abrasive to grind the machined surface for many times under a set pressure, so that the products with tiny holes or the inner holes of the die can be polished and deburred. This kind of equipment is called a slurry polisher.

2. Use a drill bit, tapered countersink or triangular scraper.

This method requires tools and is somewhat troublesome.

3. Use hardened waste drill bit handles (or hardened with medium carbon steel and tool steel) to make small disks with various diameters, grind them to a thickness of about 0.5 mm, and then clamp them in a needle holder with a cross groove (or a simple center head made by ourselves).
