What are perimeter formula and area formula?
1, the perimeter of the rectangle = (length+width) ×2, and C=(a+b)×2.
2. The circumference of a square = side length ×4, and C=4a.
3. The area of a rectangle = length × width, and S=ab.
4. Area of a square = side length × side length, S=aa.
5. The area of triangle = base × height ÷2, and S=ah÷2.
6. The area of parallelogram = base × height, and S=ah.
7. Trapezoidal area = (upper bottom+lower bottom) × height ÷2, s = (a+b) h ÷ 2.
8. The circumference of a circle = π× diameter = π× radius× 2, and c = π d = 2π r. ..
9. Area of circle = π× radius× radius = π r 2.
The difference between perimeter and area
First, different meanings:
Perimeter refers to the sum of the lengths of each side of a figure, that is, the length of a week is an outer frame. Area refers to the size of the surface surrounded by each side, and refers to the part inside the outer frame.
Second, the size is different:
The perimeter is actually a line, so the area is the size of the plane occupied by the picture in the unit of length. For example, draw a rectangle and then color the figure, then the drawn line is its perimeter, and the colored part is the area of the figure.
