Bamboo tube rice, using Shan Lan rice (a kind of upland rice) and fragrant rice with meat as raw materials, put it into a bamboo tube sawed with fresh pink bamboo or mangosteen, add a proper amount of water, then block the mouth of the bamboo tube with banana leaves and scorch the bamboo with charcoal fire.
3. Heshan Gulao Water Town is famous far and wide, and the most distinctive food is soaked chicken. Villagers have successively opened a number of small chicken-soaked restaurants near Gulaoshui Town. Because of their unique flavor, more and more diners come here.
