Where did Guandong cook come from?
Hot pot, which originated in the northeast, later spread to kanto region. Because of its rich soup head and dip, it has become unique, commonly known as "Guandong Cook". Fish balls, meatballs, fish pieces, fish rolls, stuffing balls, boiled mercury balls, seafood balls, chicken balls, tempura, sausages and vegetable rolls are all cooked in carefully prepared soup.
