According to the technical characteristics, compared with other sports, the basic requirements and technical movements of Wushu are relatively difficult. We can't break away from the core of Wushu spirit, nor can we reduce the role of Wushu in improving physical coordination. Wushu not only spreads technology, but also spreads culture. It is the focus of the integration of martial arts and morality.
