Qi Qinglong Ding Jing
Stand with your feet shoulder-width, facing the wall, bend 90 degrees, with the wall above your head, straighten your neck, and make fists with both hands. When inhaling, stay in the abdomen, bend your elbows upwards, clean and jerk backwards, leave your heels off the ground and stand on tiptoe. After the air is fully absorbed, the fist slams downward, and the heel is fully shocked by the force of the fist. At the same time, when the fist hits down, it suddenly ejects and the wall of ideas is worn out. Then inhale and bend your elbow, then blow and punch. Repeat this exercise 36 times. You can put a towel on your head when you have a headache and take it off when it doesn't hurt. After practicing this kind of movements, you should touch your eyes and head to avoid rushing to your eyes.
Eight eagles feed.

Repeat this 36 times.
Nine diamonds hit a stone.
First put the iron sand bag on a wooden chair or stone platform slightly below the navel, then separate your feet shoulder-width apart, squat down in a high standing position, look straight ahead, and your body is about 35cm away from the center of the iron sand bag (depending on the feeling of smooth palm strength when hitting the sandbag). Five-point method (iron finger work)

Shiyumen suohou

When inhaling, both hands drive chopsticks to rotate clockwise, which is intended to lead the qi of dantian to the throat. After the air is fully absorbed, it is ejected. When spraying, the palm of your hand presses inward hard and stretches your neck and throat at the same time, with the intention of breaking bamboo chopsticks. This is the forward direction. When finished, rotate counterclockwise. The method requirements are the same as above, but in the opposite direction. Practice 36 times in a group.
Generally, you can break a chopstick in about seven days. If you can break a chopstick, you can practice with two chopsticks. If you can easily break two chopsticks, you can use a red tassel gun instead of practicing. The method is as follows:
Stand still with a high horse stance, point the gun at the root of the wall and put the tip of the gun in the depression of the throat. When inhaling, I want to lift the breath in Dantian to my throat for practice, and put my hands behind my waist. Then, the practice part of the throat began to exert force on the tip of the gun, forcing the gun to bend downward. At the same time, it is necessary to cooperate with the jet flow, and this is repeated 36 times. At first, the gun rod was not easy to bend. With the increase of skill, the gun rod will bend automatically. Since then, the gun has been stabbed in the throat.
Eleven white tigers are lying on the road
Two fists support the ground, two fists are opposite, the distance between the two fists is shoulder width, the arm bends about 120 degrees, and the toes touch the ground. The body is upright and the head can't be pulled down. The head is in a straight line with the body, and the tip of the tongue gently touches the jaw to eliminate all distractions. Keep this posture until you are exhausted, and time will gradually increase. In the process of supporting the ground with fists, the arms are like iron pillars, and the fists fill the abdomen and reach the center of the earth. Inhale when the support is exhausted, and relax your arms and fists at the same time to stay in your abdomen. Then suddenly jet, at the same time a tight fist, a quiver. Repeat this 36 times.
Twelve double-dragon disk columns
Stand at will, keep your fist prone, close your eyes, and then beat all parts of your body with your fist, which has a certain tolerance. The more afraid your body is of being slapped, the more you need to be slapped. Such as neck, head, stomach, ribs, abdomen, front of tibia and other parts should be played more and more frequently. After slapping for five minutes, stop slapping. After relaxing the body, the mind itself is extremely tall, the muscles of the whole body are full of elasticity, and the mind is attacked by people from all directions. The mind itself is like a spring, which can bounce at the press of a button, bouncing off the attacker and the stick one by one. Practice like this for five minutes.
Thirteen immortals meditate
Prepare a cushion of about one inch for sitting board, natural board, single board or double board. Stand upright, chest out and back out. Baihui point is aimed at Yin Hui point, eyes are slightly closed, shoulders are drooping, you can't bend over, your tongue touches your jaw, you breathe naturally, your hands are folded and placed on your chest. When inhaling, the mind is filled with true qi from the air inlet crown of Baihui point, and the anus is slightly lifted. When exhaling, the anus is relaxed and the breathing is even and continuous. Breathe in slowly, let nature take its course at work, practice for about ten minutes, eliminate distractions at work, don't be disturbed by other links, relax and be quiet after work.

1 Hand rubbing skills: after practicing meditation, breathe naturally, walk for three to five minutes, then stand naturally, relax all over, raise your hands and rub your palms together to make them warm.
Rub your face: put your palms close to your face, and rotate the arc upward from the lower part of your ears to massage your nose for 36 times.
3 Rubbing the eye socket: Massage the eye socket 36 times with the thenar point (abductor of the little finger) of both hands from the inside out, which can relieve eye fatigue and enhance eye vision.
4. Press the riddle: press the thumb and fingertip of the right hand on the riddle point of the inner canthus, from shallow to deep according to time, a total of 36 times. 6 Comb the hair skin: separate your hands and fingers into a comb shape and press it from the front to the occipital bone. The comb will stimulate the center and sides of the brain on time for 36 times.
7 Ming ancient days: press the middle finger of both hands on the occipital bone of the back of the head, put the index finger on the middle finger and play it down, and play it rhythmically for 36 times.
8 Knead the helix: pinch the thumb and forefinger of both hands on the earlobe, massage from bottom to top, and then from top to bottom, ***36 times.
Turn your head left and right: your feet are shoulder width apart, your eyes are flat and your head and neck are relaxed. Head and neck turn left to see the left shoulder, turn right to see the right shoulder. Turn left and right 36 times each.
10 bite your teeth and swallow body fluid: Song Fang stands naturally, still touching the upper jaw with his tongue, tapping the upper and lower teeth, saying "teeth are firm" silently, and tapping the teeth 36 times; Then stir the body fluid in your mouth with your tongue and slowly swallow the abdomen.
