Is the b-box the same as the ventriloquism we speak? What is the difference?

Although both b-box and ventriloquism rely on one mouth, they are quite different in artistic form, skills and presentation effect.

I'm sure you still remember that there is a classical Chinese article in the textbook called Abdominal Language, which describes a wonderful and realistic performance of Abdominal Language. Behind the superb skills, it is nothing more than "sitting in the abdomen, a table, a chair, a fan and a foot."

As a folk art, ventriloquism refers to imitating various sounds in nature with vocal organs such as mouth, teeth, lips, tongue, throat and nose. For example, "Wang Wang" and "Meow Meow" are also ventriloquism. This skill can be traced back to ancient times. In order to hunt, people will imitate the cries of birds and animals to deceive and lure them, or drive away hunting animals with threatening roar.

B-box belongs to the product of hip-hop world, because the presentation effect is obviously different.

How did b-box come into being? At first, because the black people wanted to play music, but they didn't have musical instruments, they tried to produce rhythm with their mouths, and slowly practiced the beat (music rhythm). After finding the beat, they can start to rap.

B-box is similar to ventriloquism. It uses lips, teeth, tongue, mouth and throat. But ventriloquism simulates the sounds of nature, while b-box simulates the sounds of drums and musical instruments. And imitate disc playing, speakers, strings and other musical instruments with vocal cords. The most obvious feature of b-box is that it has rhythm, that is, it sends out rhythm with its mouth!
