1. Plenary meeting: Plenary meeting is an important meeting of the community, once a month, held at 7: 30 on the last Monday of each month. The agenda of the meeting is for the president and vice president to make a report on the work of the whole society (or the assistant to the president may make a report), summarizing the development of the whole society in January, and the heads of various departments make a report on the work of the department. According to the actual situation of our club, do a good job in the selection, communication and cooperation between various departments and members.

2. Ministerial Meeting: The Ministerial Meeting is the executive meeting of our association and is held once a week. Every Monday at 7: 30, it is called by the vice president and the assistant to the president. If there are special circumstances, appropriate adjustments can be made according to the specific circumstances. Composed of ministers from various departments. All departments should make relevant work reports, including the previous week's relevant information, this week's work forecast, various problems and solutions during the period, and related problems that cannot be solved, which will be arranged by the assistant president and the executive vice president as a whole. According to the actual situation of the club, do a good job in related work and promote the cooperation of various departments.

3. Independent meeting of a single department: Independent meeting of a single department is the basis of the plenary meeting and an important means to assess the heads of departments. The heads of various departments can convene relevant meetings of their own departments according to relevant needs, complete the tasks of their own departments, and realize the rapid development of the community.

4. Temporary meeting: In order to solve temporary problems and do a good job in emergency work, according to the situation of the society, it may be temporarily decided to hold a plenary meeting or ministerial meeting of the society, or ask a department to hold a separate meeting, which is collectively referred to as the temporary meeting of the society. Ad hoc meetings are evaluated in the same way as other meetings.

(2) meeting discipline:

1. Content of the meeting: All participants will make oral or written speeches, mainly to summarize the work in the first two weeks, and discuss and decide the work plan for the next two weeks and beyond.

2. Requirements for attending the meeting: The meeting shall be held according to the notified time, and you shall not be late or leave early. Turn off the phone (or turn it to vibration/mute state) when you arrive. Leave must be applied to the Deacon Department, and those who are absent from the meeting must submit a written explanation to the Deacon Department. Anyone who is late for 10 minutes without justifiable reasons shall not enter the venue again, and the head of the department shall not enter the venue without justifiable reasons. When the above situation occurs, failure to notify in writing in advance shall be regarded as a violation of these provisions. Make relevant records at the venue and strictly abide by the discipline at the venue. If the reputation of the club is seriously affected at the venue, and there are many violations of discipline, the membership will be cancelled and the name will be removed from the CT Culture Club.

3. Disciplinary punishment for absenteeism: two absenteeism is equivalent to one absenteeism, and one absenteeism is recorded as a violation of discipline. 1, if the meeting is absent without reason, 5 points will be deducted at a time; 3 points for being late and leaving early without reason; Leave more than four times deducted 5 points; Those who do not attend the meeting for more than six times (including six times) for a long time will be advised to leave the club.

2. Negative response to regular meetings, not actively participating in meeting discussions (never speaking at the meeting or carefully recording), 1 point will be deducted at one time; Have bad behavior a deduction 10 points; If you have bad behavior twice, you will be discouraged.

4. 5 points will be deducted for negligence, and 10 will be deducted for gross negligence.

5, outstanding performance (high enthusiasm, innovative suggestions) plus 10.

6, put forward constructive opinions or suggestions to the society plus 3 points; If the opinions or suggestions are adopted and have made outstanding contributions to the construction of student associations, add 10, and it can be suggested to develop into departmental reserve cadres.

7, the performance is very outstanding, and fully demonstrated their talents and leadership skills can also be considered as departmental reserve cadres.

8. Correct study and work, with an average score of over 80, plus 10.

9. Actively cooperate with other departments, and add 3 ~ 5 points to assist in the work as appropriate.

10, if you don't participate in various activities of the department for a long time (more than two months), 20 points will be deducted, and you will be dismissed.

2. Selection method:
