Currently, Michelin-starred restaurants in China are limited to Hong Kong and Macau.

The latest Michelin Guide Hong Kong Macau 2013 has been updated by about 40%*** to include 286 restaurants and hotels from Hong Kong (244 restaurants and 42 hotels) and 62 restaurants and hotels from Macau (46 restaurants and 16 hotels). This includes 65 new restaurants (51 from Hong Kong; 14 from Macau) and 1 new hotel (from Macau).

It is available at all major local bookstores in Hong Kong and Macau.
