nitrolac

Nitrocellulose paint is simple in construction, fast in drying, low in requirements for construction environment, low in technical content, good in hardness and brightness, and easy to repair, so it is very commonly used in home improvement projects. The disadvantage is that the protective effect of paint film is not very good, and it is not resistant to heat, corrosion and organic solvents.

polyester paint

Polyester paint's paint film is thick and hard. Polyester paint needs to be solidified during construction. The main component of these curing agents is toluene diisocyanate, which is sensitive and irritating to human body. In polyester paint, it is also slow to dry, which requires high construction environment and technical content. Generally, many workers don't like to use it if they are working at the home improvement site.

alkyd paint

Alkyd coatings are mainly composed of alkyd resin. Low price, simple construction, low requirements for construction environment, good durability, weather resistance and decoration. But it dries slowly, and the paint film can't meet higher requirements. Mainly used for painting some furniture and home improvement with low requirements.

polyurethane paint

Belonging to high-grade coatings. It has excellent color, heat resistance, color retention and chemical resistance. Mainly used in automobiles, furniture, high-grade decoration, etc. Generally, decoration is rarely used, but I personally think the effect is very good and it is worth popularizing.

Water-based coating

It is a new type of environmental protection coating with the characteristics of environmental protection, non-toxicity, tasteless and easy cleaning. However, water-based paint is not as durable and decorative as traditional paint, so it is rarely used in furniture paint.
