3. Constantly challenge yourself. A dream teacher should be good at knowing himself, discovering himself and evaluating himself, so as to build self-confidence. Self-confidence makes people stand on their own feet. Only self-confidence can give full play to a person's potential and talent, and only self-confidence can make people get the "peak experience". Teachers should constantly challenge themselves, constantly pursue success, design success, and even collide.

The above is my personal recent development plan. I look forward to gaining something and growing under the training of the park leaders and my own efforts.
