How to change it?
The "Implementation Plan" proposes that by the end of 2022, major safety hazards such as D-class dangerous houses, gas, electricity, waterlogging and public security in old courtyards will be completely eliminated; By the end of the Tenth Five-Year Plan period, the task of transforming the old courtyards in Chengdu before the end of 2004 will be basically completed.
How to transform? The "Implementation Plan" clarifies five principles.
The first principle is "people-oriented, focusing on key points". In addition, in terms of financial support, the "Implementation Plan" clarifies that the amount of subsidies for the renovation of old courtyards in Jinjiang District, Qingyang District, jinniu district, Wuhou District and chenghua district is 5,000 yuan per household on average, and 2,000 yuan per household in other districts (cities) and counties. All this subsidy funds should be used for the renovation of old courtyards.
The old courtyard will be given a one-time subsidy of 50,000 yuan after the establishment of an industry committee or residents' self-governing organization, the establishment of an autonomy convention and the operation of the property service mechanism. This subsidy fund is used for the daily maintenance and management of old courtyards, and street offices should guide and standardize the declaration and use of funds.
Jinjiang District, Qingyang District, jinniu district, Wuhou District and chenghua district have independently installed elevators on existing houses, with a subsidy of 200,000 yuan per set.
