What are these five schools?
1. Shaolin School is a martial arts school with the widest scope, the longest history and the most kinds of boxing in China. It is named after Shaolin Temple in Songshan Mountain, Zhongyue.
2. Wu Tangshi, founded in Wudang Mountain, Hubei Province, is a patriarchal clan system that began in the Song Dynasty and flourished in the Ming Dynasty. According to Huang Zongxi's Epitaph of Wang Zhengnan at the end of Ming Dynasty and the beginning of Qing Dynasty, the Wu and Tang Dynasties were created by Zhang Sanfeng, a poet in Song Dynasty.
3. Kongtong School is one of the traditional schools of China Wushu. Kongtong Wushu was founded in Kongtong Mountain before Shaolin, Emei and Wudang, and it is an integral part of Taoist culture.
4. The Kunlun Sect is famous for its mountains and stands on its own feet.
5. Emei Sect, named after Emei Mountain, is a sacred place to cultivate immortals and learn Taoism in ancient times, and there are many sects.
