How to distinguish real wine from fake wine?

There are more and more fake wines in the market, which harms the interests of consumers. So how can we distinguish between true and false wine?

Method 1: Look at the bottle cap: China Liquor is made of aluminum, and the pictures and words on it are clear and neat. The cover is smooth, uniform in shape and tightly closed. If it is a fake, the words and pictures on the cover are blurred and the lid is not tightly closed. If you shake it upside down, the wine may spill.

Method 2: See if there is turbidity: If it is a transparent glass bottle, look through the bottle to see if there is suspended matter, foggy little things or sediment. Real wine is colorless and transparent, and fake wine will contain suspended matter or sediment.

Method 3: Color identification. The normal color of liquor should be colorless and transparent, without suspended matter and sediment. Pour white wine into a glass, and there should be no ring-shaped insoluble matter on the wall of the glass. Turn the bottle upside down and observe the wine body under the light. There is no suspended matter, turbidity or precipitation. In winter, if liquor has precipitation, it can be heated to 30 ~ 40℃ in a water bath, and it will be normal if the precipitation disappears.

Method 4: verification: drop a drop of oil in the wine at one o'clock. If the oil is evenly dispersed and sinks, it means that the quality of the wine is high. The sinking speed of oil in wine is fast and slow, and it is irregularly scattered, which shows that this wine is inferior.

Method 5: odor identification. When sensory identification of the aroma of liquor, it is best to use a glass with a big belly and a small mouth, pour the liquor into the glass and shake it gently, and immediately smell its aroma carefully with your nose near the glass mouth. Or pour a few drops of wine on the palm of your hand, rub it a few times, and then smell the palm of your hand, so you can tell whether the fragrance is strong or not and whether the fragrance type is normal.

Method 6: Look at the manufacturers and brands: Generally, manufacturers should not buy things marked as branch factories or joint ventures, which are likely to be fakes, because good brand manufacturers generally will not enjoy them, let alone transfer and lend them. You know, manufacturers sell brands and life, not just a bottle of wine.

Method 7: Appearance identification. Take Kweichow Moutai as an example. The bottle of Kweichow Moutai is a milky white glass bottle, sealed with a big red thread twisted off the anti-theft aluminum cover, with five white words "Kweichow Moutai" on the top, and the bottle mouth has no internal plug. The whole bottle of wine is wrapped in high-quality square leather paper, and the color box is packed: the outer packaging color box is made of imported white paper and corrugated. The font and color on the box are consistent with the trademark and the back sticker.

Characteristics of inferior wine:

Alcohol blended wine will cause throat irritation, nausea, heartburn, burning sensation, dry mouth, thirst and head injury due to alcohol problems, while pure grain and wine are fragrant but not choking, slightly bitter but not astringent, not choking, not dry mouth, not facing the head, not uncomfortable after drinking, and will wake up quickly after drunkenness, with little stimulation to the human body.
