What are the martial arts in China?
China Wushu includes Sanda, Wing Chun, Shaolin School and Wutang School.
1, Sanda is an important type of martial arts in China. Sanda does not pursue fancy, but aims to defeat the opponent by using Sanda technology flexibly and skillfully.
2. Wing Chun Boxing is a traditional martial art in China. It is a method to prevent invasion, a self-defense system that is actively simplified, and a boxing method that uses force reasonably.
Shaolin school is an old martial arts technical school. Because it is based on the boxing equipment handed down from Shaolin Temple, it is also called Shaolin Boxing.
Wutang School is developed on the basis of Shaolin. In modern times, Tai Ji Chuan, Bagua Boxing and Xingyiquan have merged into "Family Boxing", which is called "Wu Tangzong".
