What parts are included in the centralized marking and in-situ marking of reinforced concrete frame beams by plane method?

The reinforcement scheme of reinforced concrete frame beam is compiled by plane injection method.

4.2.3. There are five mandatory values and one optional value for centralized labeling of beams (centralized labeling can be extracted from beams of any span), and the provisions are as follows:

1. The beam number is shown in Table 4.2.2, which is a required value. Among them, see Article 4.2.7 for the provisions on the number of spans in the number of beams.

2. Beam section size, which is necessary.

3. Beam stirrups, including steel grade, diameter, spacing between encrypted area and non-encrypted area, number of limbs, etc., must be filled in. The different spacing and limb number between the stirrup encryption area and the non-encryption area are separated by diagonal lines "/"; When the stirrup spacing and the number of limbs are the same, there is no diagonal line; When the distance and number of limbs between the encrypted area and the non-encrypted area are the same, write the number of limbs once; The number of stirrup limbs should be written in brackets. See the standard structural details of the corresponding seismic grade for the scope of the encryption area.

4. The upper part of the beam is provided with a long rod or a vertical rod (the long rod can be overlapped, mechanically connected or welded, and the diameter is the same or different), which must be paid attention to. The specifications and quantity of notes shall be determined according to the structural requirements such as structural stress requirements and the number of stirrup limbs. When there are both long bars and vertical bars in the same row of longitudinal bars, the plus sign "+"should be used to connect the long bars and vertical bars. When writing notes, the corner longitudinal reinforcement should be written in front of the plus sign, and the erection vertical reinforcement should be written in brackets behind the plus sign to show the difference of reinforcement with different diameters and lengths. When all vertical brackets are used, write them in brackets.

5. It is necessary to configure longitudinal structural reinforcement or torsional reinforcement at the beam side.

6. Height difference of beam top surface, optional value.

The content of beam in-situ marking is specified as follows:

1. Longitudinal reinforcement on the upper part of beam support, including all longitudinal reinforcement in this part:

(1) When the upper longitudinal reinforcement exceeds one row, diagonal lines "/"shall be used to separate each row of longitudinal reinforcement from top to bottom.

(2) When the longitudinal bars in the same row have two diameters, use the plus sign "+"to connect the longitudinal bars with two diameters, and write the corner longitudinal bars in front when writing.

(3) When the upper longitudinal reinforcement on both sides of the middle bearing of the beam is different, it should be marked on both sides of the bearing respectively; When the upper longitudinal reinforcement on both sides of the middle bearing of the beam is the same, the reinforcement value can be marked only on one side of the bearing and omitted on the other side.

2. Longitudinal reinforcement at the lower part of the beam:

(1) When there are more than one row of lower longitudinal reinforcement, the diagonal line "/"shall be used to separate each row of longitudinal reinforcement from top to bottom.

(2) When the longitudinal bars in the same row have two diameters, use the plus sign "+"to connect the longitudinal bars with two diameters, and write the corner bars in front when writing.

(3) When the lower longitudinal reinforcement does not fully extend into the bearing, write the reduced number of the lower longitudinal reinforcement of the beam bearing in brackets.

(4) When the longitudinal reinforcement values of the upper and lower parts of the beam are all full length in the centralized annotation of the beam, it is unnecessary to repeat the in-situ annotation of the lower part of the beam according to the provisions of Paragraph 4 of Article 4.2.3 of this specification.
