How to treat cholelithiasis surgery?

Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is the most common surgical treatment for gallstones, and it is the gold standard of cholecystectomy at present, and has been widely recognized. For some patients with cholecystolithiasis, laparoscopic cholecystectomy can be performed, and the surgical indications should be strictly controlled. Oral administration of ursodeoxycholic acid after operation has a high overall recurrence rate and is not recommended in principle. Patients with acute calculous cholecystitis need to be converted to laparotomy if laparoscopic treatment is difficult, so as to avoid damaging the common bile duct and causing serious consequences. Patients with difficulty in cholecystectomy can undergo partial cholecystectomy and cholecystostomy, which is safer. Patients undergoing cholecystostomy will consider surgical treatment after inflammation subsides for 3 months. Patients with choledocholithiasis should consider laparoscopic choledocholithotomy, T-tube drainage and ERCP. Intrahepatic bile duct stones are small in diameter and asymptomatic. If necessary, percutaneous transhepatic bile duct aspiration or hepatectomy can be used.
