The difference between Sanda and boxing
Sanda originated in China. Sanda, formerly Sanshou, is a sport with a unique national style in China. It is called wrestling, hand wrestling, flat, chemistry, white fighting and so on.
Boxing can be divided into ancient boxing and modern boxing. Modern boxing originated in England. There were no gloves, rules and time limits until one of them lost the ability to continue the game.

Sanda is usually composed of straight boxing, swinging boxing, copying boxing, whipping boxing, kicking, kicking and throwing, which is a combination of kicking, hitting and throwing.
Boxing can only subdue the enemy with fists, not legs, feet, elbows and knees. Boxing techniques include attacking, dodging, relaxing, moving, wrestling and being good at fighting back.

Sanda competition adopts the system of best of three sets, and the winner is the one who wins the first two sets by scoring points. However, the Sanda King Championship adopts a five-game total score system.
The rule of boxing is three minutes in each round and one minute in the middle. Beginners have six rounds each, second-class boxers have eight to ten rounds and first-class boxers have ten to twelve rounds.
