Maintenance of welding robot

I. Daily inspection and maintenance

1. Wire feeding mechanism. Including whether the wire feeding distance is normal, whether the wire feeding conduit is damaged and whether there is an abnormal alarm. 2. Whether the airflow is normal. 3. Whether the welding torch safety protection system is normal. (It is forbidden to turn off the safety protection of welding torch) 4. Whether the water circulation system works normally. 5. Test TCP (it is recommended to write a test program to run after each shift).

2. Weekly inspection and maintenance

1. Scrub each axis of the robot. 2. Check the accuracy of TCP. 3. Check the remaining oil level. 4. Check whether the zero position of each axis of the robot is accurate. 5. Clean the filter behind the welding machine water tank. 6. Clean the filter at the inlet of compressed air. 7. Remove impurities at the nozzle of the welding torch to avoid blocking the water circulation. 8. Clean wire feeding mechanism, including wire feeding wheel, wire pressing wheel and guide tube. 9. Check whether the flexible tube bundle and conductor hose are damaged or broken. (It is recommended to remove the whole hose bundle and clean it with compressed air) 10. Check whether the welding gun safety protection system is normal and whether the external emergency stop button is normal.

Three. Monthly inspection and maintenance

1. Lubricate each axis of the robot. In which 1-6 shaft is added with white lubricating oil. Oil number 86E006. 2. Add butter to the red nozzle on 2. RP locator and RTS track. Engine oil number: 86K007 3. Gray conductive grease is added to the blue nozzle on the RP positioner. Engine oil number: 86K004 4. Add lubricating oil to needle roller bearing of wire feeder. A little butter is enough. Clean the spray gun cleaning device and fill the air motor with lubricating oil. (Ordinary engine oil is enough) 6. Clean the control cabinet and welding machine with compressed air. 7. Check the cooling water level of the welding machine water tank and replenish the cooling liquid (pure water and a little industrial alcohol) in time. 8. Implement all weekly inspection items except 1-8.

4. The operator is responsible for the maintenance of the welding robot, and the personnel distribution is as follows:

Maintenance records should be added for each maintenance, and equipment failures should be reported to the maintenance in time, and the situation and operation of the equipment before the failure should be described in detail, so as to actively cooperate with the maintenance personnel to carry out maintenance so as to resume production smoothly! The company will conduct spot checks on equipment maintenance. It is suggested that the operators carefully check the equipment in good condition during the handover of each shift and record the operation of each shift.
