Combined with the development of our army in the past 90 years, we express our understanding of our red blood, glorious history and fine traditions;

Combined with the achievements made in the construction and development of the country and the army since the 18 th National Congress, express the understanding of the Chinese dream and the dream of strengthening the army;

Combining the lessons of having a country without defense in history and the current national security situation, express our understanding and feelings about building and consolidating national defense and a strong army;

Combined with the practical experience of participating in military training or joining the army, express your understanding of the fiery military camp and youthful blood;

Combined with typical stories about national defense and dedication to national defense, express your understanding and feelings of caring for and supporting national defense and army building.

The speeches of the contestants shall be strictly controlled by the national defense education offices of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) in conjunction with the recommended schools to ensure that they conform to the party's line, principles and policies and national laws and regulations, and that they have a clear theme, elegant style and correct views.
