Students' leave at school can be divided into three categories: personal leave, sick leave and public leave.

I. Leave rules

1. Leave is divided into personal leave, sick leave and public leave. Personal leave means that you can't stay at school because you have important things at home. Under normal circumstances, personal leave is not allowed. Sick leave, unable to attend class on time due to physical discomfort, requires a hospital certificate. Public leave, leave for taking part in major activities at school or other places.

2. When students take personal leave, sick leave or public leave, they must go through the leave formalities, otherwise the leave will be invalid.

3. During the examination, no leave is allowed except for sick leave. If you need to ask for leave, no matter how long it takes, you must report it to the academic affairs office of the school for approval.

Two. Leave the process

1. The leave note is managed by the disciplinary committee, and the disciplinary committee of each class receives the leave note from the class teacher every week. Continue before you run out. It is strictly forbidden to waste leave notes.

2. Students who ask for leave must first get the leave slip from the Disciplinary Committee, fill it out as required, and then go to the corresponding class teacher for approval before it takes effect.

3. After approval, the record shall be kept by the Disciplinary Committee and submitted to the class teacher together with the attendance sheet every week.

Three. Leave power

1. Leave within one day (including one day) shall be approved by the corresponding class teacher.

2. Leave for more than one day and three days (including three days) shall be approved by the class teacher and the grade director.

3. Leave for more than three days must be approved by the class teacher and grade director, and approved by the school leaders.

Four. Procedures for compensating for leave

1. Students who are unable to take time off due to urgent matters must go through the formalities of compensatory leave within one day and explain the situation. If you can't attend, the Commission for Discipline Inspection will handle the leave slip on your behalf and personally call the corresponding class teacher to explain the situation.

2. Students can't come to school after the holiday expires. They must go through the formalities of renewing their holidays and personally call the class teacher or grade director to explain the reasons before they can be approved.
