Method and time of steaming crabs

Steaming crabs usually takes 15 minutes. Prepare the materials first: 3 crabs, 5g ginger and 5g perilla powder. The specific operation method is as follows:

Clean up the shell on the surface of the crab with a toothbrush first, and pay attention to clean up every place.

Second, pour a proper amount of water into the steamer, and then add the prepared perilla powder and ginger slices.

Third, put a steaming rack on the steamer, then put the crab upside down on the steaming rack, put a few pieces of ginger on the crab, and finally cover it and steam for 15 minutes.

4. After 15 minutes, the crab will be steamed, as shown in the figure.
