The Legacy Value of Le Che Le
With the development of economy and social progress, Le Che Le gradually withdrew from the historical stage and was replaced by modern means of transportation such as motorcycles and automobiles. Except for a few remote areas and herdsmen, it is difficult to see Le Che Le on the grassland. Most artists who have mastered the production skills of Lele cars are old and lack successors. This traditional skill needs urgent rescue and protection. Wudongqi is located in the hinterland of Xilin Gol grassland, one of the four grasslands. Up to now, there are still a certain number of Lele cars with complete varieties, which have the conditions to protect the production skills of Lele cars.
As a representative of Mongolian civilization, Che Le occupies a very important position in the history of Mongolian development. In order to let visitors to Xing 'an see the elegance of this ancient civilization, several tourist attractions in Dongwuzhumuqin Banner and other places have carried out the activities of riding Lele cars, so that modern tourists can personally feel the ancient feeling of riding Lele cars on the grassland.
Le Che Le is the gospel for herders to look forward to livestock reproduction, which carries the happiness and auspiciousness of herders. When trading in Nadam convention or temple fair, the squeaking vocal cords of Lele car brought the joy of shepherds; At weddings, funerals and receptions, relatives and friends sat in colorful Che Le to congratulate them, and laughter spread all over the grassland. A pastoral song of a nomadic people and the motorcade of Long Lele show the expectation and happiness of the Mongols.
The state attaches great importance to the protection of intangible cultural heritage. On May 20th, 2006, the production skills of Mongolian Lele cars were approved by the State Council to be included in the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage list.
