How to cultivate innovative thinking
In other words, in our study, work and life, we should consciously pay more attention to the differences and particularities of objective things. Do not stick to the rules, do not believe in authority, and treat all things and phenomena with suspicion and criticism.
2. Consciously think in the opposite direction to conventional thinking.
If we regard traditional ideas, established experience and authoritative remarks as golden rules, it will often hinder our innovative thinking activities. Therefore, in the face of new problems or problems that can't be solved for a long time, don't get used to thinking about problems along the long-established and inherent ideas of our predecessors or ourselves, but look for solutions from the opposite direction.
3. Look at and analyze problems with divergent thinking
Divergent thinking is the core of innovative thinking, and its process starts from a certain point and diverges at will, without a certain direction and scope.
Divergent thinking can produce many alternative schemes, methods and suggestions, and can put forward some unique and unexpected opinions, so that some seemingly insoluble problems can be solved.
4. Use association actively and effectively.
Association is a method often used in innovative thinking, and it is easier to see the results. We often say that association is "experience association".
There is a certain connection between everything, which is the objective basis for people to adopt association. Therefore, the most important association method is to actively find the connection between things and think about the connection between them actively, positively and consciously.
5. Learn to integrate and look at it macroscopically.
Many of us are good at "telling the truth", or what we see is that thinking is often limited to a certain field. Integration is a way of thinking that unifies the understanding of all aspects, parts and attributes of things into a whole, so as to grasp the essence and laws of things.
Of course, integration is not to arbitrarily and subjectively piece together the knowledge of all parts, aspects and attributes of things, nor to add them mechanically, but to reproduce the whole thing in thinking according to their internal, inevitable and essential connections.
