In which dynasty was the traditional culture of China built?

Yibin Daguan Tower was built in Ming Dynasty, destroyed in Jiajing period of Qing Dynasty and rebuilt in Qianlong period. Also known as pagoda, it is 28 meters high, 3 1.6 meters long and 20.4 meters wide. Daguanlou is divided into four floors, and the top of the mountain has three eaves, which is magnificent. The ground floor is made of stone, with a cross-shaped passage in the middle for cars and horses to pass through. The upper three floors are all made of wooden arches, with cornices at four corners, a small attic tower in the middle of the roof, animals kissing on the right side, animals squatting on the vertical ridge, wishful arches under the eaves, carved beams and painted buildings, neat and beautiful windows around, and exquisite wood carvings. Although it was renovated in 2003, it still gives me strength and beauty, and the charm of traditional ancient buildings is beyond words.
