Research content of public finance
"Public finance", that is, national finance, is an economic activity in which the state is the main body and part of social resources are concentrated to meet the needs of the public through the government's revenue and expenditure activities. Finance is a science that studies the theory, system and management methods of how the state (government) raises and uses funds to meet social needs.
According to the different subjects of financial distribution, "public finance" can be divided into: (1) capitalist public finance with the finance of capitalist countries as the research object; (2) Socialist public finance with socialist national finance as the research object; (3) Comparative financial institutionalism, comparative study of financial systems in various countries.
According to the economic system background of different development stages of human society, "finance" in different countries can be divided into: planned economy finance and market economy finance. Finance can be divided into "planned finance" and "market finance".
