Party affairs publicity: it mainly includes resolutions and decisions of party organizations and their implementation, party ideological construction, party organization and management, leading group construction, cadre selection and management, contacting and serving the masses in party member, and building a clean and honest party style.

2. Openness of village affairs: it mainly includes articles of association of villagers' autonomy, village rules and regulations, matters discussed and decided by villagers' meetings or villagers' representatives' meetings and their implementation, village-level financial revenue and expenditure, contracted management and circulation of village land, establishment of village collective economic projects, contracted scheme and construction of village public welfare undertakings, use and management of homestead, etc.

3. Financial disclosure: mainly including financial planning, income distribution, expenditure and income, assets and liabilities, income distribution, expenses and services undertaken by villagers, and matters that need to be disclosed.
