The introduction of Donghu Zhiwen (董狐直笔)

The Story of Donghu Zhizhi Pen: During the Spring and Autumn Period, Duke Ling of Jin was very brutal, and Zhao Dun, a prime minister, advised him to change his style. Duke Ling of Jin even tried to kill him, he had to prepare to flee. Zhao Dun assassinated Duke Ling of Jin. Dong Hu, the chief historian, wrote in the history book that Zhao Dun killed his king. Zhao Dun was not convinced and asked for a rewrite. Dong Hu said, "As a prime minister, you are the mastermind if you don't repel the thief when the king is killed; I will not change this matter even if I die." This is the allusion to Donghu's straight writing.

Chengduo:

Chengduo (pinyin: chéng yǔ, English: idiom) is a stereotyped word in the Chinese vocabulary. The idioms, which are spoken by all people, have become the language of the people, and are therefore idiomatic. Most of the idioms are four characters, but there are also three characters, five characters and even more than seven characters. Idioms are a feature of traditional Chinese culture, with fixed structural forms and fixed sayings, expressing certain meanings, and applied as a whole in a statement, assuming the components of subject, object and determiner. A large part of idioms are inherited from ancient times, it represents a story or allusion.
