China Creative Cities Ranking

Beijing

Most of the six centers listed as creative industries by the Beijing Municipal Government were spontaneously formed and then officially recognized, and 798, which once became a pilgrimage site, was among them. Undoubtedly, the six centers of cultural performance, publishing and copyright trade, film and television program production and trading, animation and Internet game research and development, cultural exhibition and antique art trading are all crowned with the prefix of China. No one can question Beijing's status as a creative city, just as no one can ignore Beijing's numerous institutions of higher learning, art groups, companies and publishing houses. Even a large number of "drifting north" are creative people that other cities can't wait for. The problem is that there is only one Beijing in China, and there can't be only one Beijing in China.

Shanghai

On June 6th, 2005, the first Shanghai International Creative Industry Week came to an end, and Shanghai announced the recent launch of 18 Creative Industry Cluster. This seems to be regarded as the official voice of Shanghai as a creative city.

Suzhou Creek and Moganshan Road have long been famous as art gathering places. The creative energy of games and cartoons in Pudong Zhangjiang Development Zone, headed by Shanda and the ninth city, is gaining momentum. No.8 Bridge, which gathers architectural design, design consulting, film production and other enterprises, held the "Shanghai Sino-French Culture Year" in 2004 and the opening ceremony of Shanghai International Fashion Culture and Art Festival in 2005. Taikang Road Visual Creative Design Base is known as "the largest visual creative design base in Shanghai". In August 2005, the Shanghai Creative Industry Association, headed by the director of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, was also established. Shanghai regards creative industries as an important strategy for economic transformation, and will make breakthroughs in six aspects in the next five years. As you can imagine, Shanghai's eyes are not only fixed on China, but its goal is to stand with London, new york and Tokyo and become an "international creative industry center".

Guangzhou

Tianhe district is another city, and foreigners who come to Guangzhou have this feeling. "Waijiang people" from all over the country communicate in Putonghua and English in this new area, eat delicious food from home and around the world, and engage in creative work such as advertising, film and television, media and IT.

Guangzhou base for the development of national online game animation industry was officially listed. In 2004, the online game revenue of Tianhe Software Park accounted for 1/4 of the domestic online game revenue, and the international toy and gift city promoted the animation industry chain. In addition, Guangzhou is backed by Hong Kong, the "Asian Creative Center". It takes only two hours to go to Hong Kong from here, where you can buy fashion magazines and goods listed in Hong Kong simultaneously. Guangzhou people can go to Hong Kong to "sweep goods", watch movie premieres and celebrate Christmas at any time. They speak the same language, eat the same food and think in the same way. The problem in Guangzhou is never to say that this may not be a problem in the capital era.

Shenzhen

As the youngest city in China, Shenzhen has the youngest population and the most experimental significance. Shenzhen is now beginning to see its own creative advantages, as evidenced by a series of modern art exhibitions represented by urban theme exhibitions. At present, Shenzhen's creative industries mainly include a series of industries derived from design, such as printing, animation, architecture, clothing and so on. There are 20,000 graphic design talents in Shenzhen, ranking first in the country. /kloc-in the past 0/0 years, Shenzhen designers have taken almost all the top design competitions and international exhibitions in the world. There are more than 50 animation enterprises in Shenzhen, with more than 0/000 employees/kloc, creating an output value of 200 million yuan for Shenzhen every year. Shenzhen will set up a "special fund for cultural industries" to provide discount loans and incentives for creative industries.

Shenzhen is too close to Hong Kong, but sometimes you think it is far away from Hong Kong. The slogan of Shenzhen is "Serving Hong Kong" and the goal of Shenzhen is "Capital of Creative Design", but you should know that it is difficult to have two capitals within a 1 hour drive.

Changsha

Super Girl copied from British Pop Idol, and Angels Love Beauty copied from Fox TV's Swan. However, this does not mean that Hunan Satellite TV programs are not creative, but only proves that the TV programs in Changsha, the holy place of entertainment TV, are creatively renovated. The TV broadcast phalanx led by Hunan Satellite TV and Shi Jing, Hunan Province, not only brought the trend of mass entertainment, but also promoted the creative industrial chain of upstream production through communication channels. Blue Cat sells nearly 3,000 varieties of derivative products, Changsha Animation Art Festival opens, and Golden Eagle Animation Channel goes online. Changsha's creative city features have a unique position.

Kunming

Kundali (Lijiang, Dali, Kunming) has always been regarded as a model of lifestyle. Chuangku, Ma Yuan and Cultural Lane have become the gathering places for artists. Painting, music and sculpture are the cultural and economic G points here. Kundali's cultural identity and rhythm inspired the formation of the "Yunnan-Guizhou School" here. This is a paradise for creative people in handicraft industry.

Suzhou

Rather than saying that Suzhou's creative industry is awakening, it is better to say that Shanghai's creative factory has settled in Suzhou. As one of the four ways to establish creative industries, Suzhou has done enough in this regard. There are thousands of Taiwan-funded high-tech enterprises from Shanghai to Suzhou, just like the Bay Area between San Francisco and Silicon Valley. Suzhou Wujiang only supports more than 100 manufacturers in BenQ. Extend Shanghai's creative industrial chain, and you will have Suzhou.

Hangzhou

The symbol of creative industry in Hangzhou is ——LOFT 49, the largest design alliance in the city. This old factory building with an area of nearly 10,000 square meters near the canal has gathered 17 art institutions, involving industrial design, interior decoration design, advertising planning, fashion design, environmental art design, commercial photography, sculpture, painting and other creative fields. I have to admire that the West Lake is free, which is also a kind of creativity. With this move by the Hangzhou Municipal Government, West Lake broke away from the simple ticket production task and became the endorsement of all creative industries in the city. So commercial real estate appeared in Xintiandi, West Lake, and many sky-high buildings appeared along the lake.

Lijiang

The premiere of Riding a Thousand Miles Alone was held in Lijiang on June 65438+February 65438+June 2005. It burned 23 million yuan, but it brought great shock to the whole city. We also had Lijiang Snow Mountain Music Festival before, and then there will be a live performance of Impression Lijiang. Why Lijiang again? Lijiang is no longer a tourist area. After years of painstaking efforts and unified promotion, it has become a background board for film and television, performances, clothing and fashion activities, and appears as a booth provider of creative industries in China.

Sanya

Miss World Finals, South New Silk Road China Model Contest ... Many beauty contests will be held in Sanya. The Miss World Finals in 2003 brought Sanya an investment income of 6.5438+0.69 million yuan and a ticket income of 2 million dollars. In the month of the Games, Sanya star-rated hotels received 377,000 tourists, the foreign exchange income of tourism increased by 30.5%, and received more than 2 billion tourists. Besides traveling, Sanya seems to have found a second way. However, the media's attention to the beauty pageant has cooled down, and the audience's enthusiasm has also declined. The 55th Miss World Finals was held in Sanya on June 5438+February 10, 2005, but it looked calm. Art exhibition creative economy has not officially become an industry. Are the rules of the game for Sanya to explore?

Guangdong Province

"Zhuhai Circuit" has become "on the track", and the international circuit that invested heavily in the 1990s has become a chicken rib. The F 1 Shanghai Station only lasted for three days, and the ticket revenue was nearly 300 million yuan, bringing more than 2 billion yuan to the surrounding areas. Zhuhai convention and exhibition industry was once brilliant, but now it has declined. Only the air show that has been held for ten years continues, but it is also rumored that Shanghai hopes to take over the right to host the air show from Zhuhai.

Chongqing

On June 5th, 2005, 65438, China Creative Industry Summit Forum was held in Chongqing. On April 6th, 2005, China (Chongqing) Creative Economy and Urban Business Development Summit Forum was held in Chongqing. Chongqing's emergency attitude has even reached the streets. Planning will rely on Nanbin Road to open galleries and artists' studios, build a new advertising animation film and television picture production base, and gather a number of original art studios such as sculpture, oil painting, printmaking and Chinese painting in Ciyun Temple Old Street.

Chengdu

No online game developer will ignore Chengdu. In 2004, Chengdu had nearly 300,000 Internet users, making it one of the three largest digital entertainment cities in China. China's first online animation and game industry base was officially put into operation in the High-tech Zone, and the High-tech West Zone was the national software industry base. R&D bases of multinational companies such as Nokia, IBM and Motorola have settled in Chengdu. In this entertainment-oriented city, any creative industry can find its place here.

Xiamen

On February 28th, 2005, the first Xiamen (Fujian Merchants) Brand and Urban Creativity Forum was held in 65438. We are no strangers to the style of Fujian businessmen. If Fujian businessmen collectively give up advertising, then we will not see almost all brands of snack food and sportswear. From OEM to independent development, from OEM base to creative base, Fujian businessmen have a unique style. The theme of this forum is "city, culture, brand and creativity", and it is also intended to re-imagine the path from "Made in Southern Fujian" to "Created by Fujian businessmen" from the perspective of Fujian's business model.

Xi'an

Xi 'an, once the world center, has a strong cultural competitiveness, with the fourth largest number of universities and the highest per capita education index in the country. Xi High-tech Zone is also one of the four high-tech zones in China. In a survey, China's creative industries ranked fifth in the proportion of primary industries, with Xi 'an accounting for 18.83%; The proportion of core creative industries in national infrastructure investment is 3.42%, second only to Beijing.
