According to legend, in the second year of Qingyuan in the Southern Song Dynasty, Zou Yinglong, a local, went to Beijing to take the exam. Every household in the village gave him Ciba all the way, wishing him the best. On the way, Zou Yinglong was thirsty, drank a few mouthfuls of water, and chewed a few mouthfuls of Ciba when he was hungry. After a long journey to Kyoto, due to his outstanding talent, he answered questions in the palace exam like a stream, and Emperor Ningzong ordered him to be the top scholar and the second. When he presented the Ciba brought from his hometown to the emperor for tasting, even the emperor was full of praise and named it "No.1 scholar".
