How to do Warrior II Yoga
Warrior II Virabhadrasana (Sanskrit)
Effects: Makes the leg muscles strong, the back muscles flexible and revitalizes the abdominal organs.
Practice:
Stand in mountain pose. Inhale, take a big step backward with your right foot, about a meter and a half away, and open your arms to the sides at shoulder height. Rotate your right foot 90 degrees outward and slightly inward with your left foot. Exhale and bend your right knee, with the knee directly above the ankle, so that the size of the leg is 90 degrees if possible. Keep breathing naturally. Inhale and straighten your right leg. Exhale and switch to the other side.
