"The Fishing Boat Sings the Night" is a beautiful koto piece.
The term "Fishing Boat Sings the Night" comes from the Tang Dynasty poet Wang Bo's "Preface to the Tengwang Pavilion", which reads, "? The fishing boat sings in the evening. In 1984, Pu Qizhang, a master electronic piano player, adapted this piece for the electronic piano, and it was chosen by CCTV as the background music of the weather forecast program, and has been used for more than 30 years. Chinese conductor, musician and violinist Mr. Lai Kwok Tsuen adapted the zither piece into a violin piece, which was performed by violinists Lv Siqing, Sheng China and Yu Lina.
