The difference between particleboard and ecological board

Particleboard and eco-board are commonly used materials in furniture making, but their environmental protection grade and quality are very different. Different materials

Particleboard is made of sawdust, rotten wood residue, sawdust, added with glue, put into a mold, and pressed under the pressure of 150 degrees, 1.5 kpa, while eco-board is solid wood composite board. After the small boards are spliced, a layer of wood skin is added outside.

Environmental protection level

The environmental protection grade of granular board can only reach E2, and the environmental protection grade of eco-board can reach E0, which is the top environmental protection grade.

The cost of particleboard is very low, while the cost of eco-board is more than half lower than that of pure solid wood.

Power difference

Particle board has no strength at all. For example, cabinets are used for several years, and they will be scattered directly after being moved. However, the eco-board is strong, and it is no problem to use a 10 for several years.

environmental protection

The environmental protection effect of solid wood particle board is better. Its density is high, the wood fiber particles in the class are large, and the natural texture of wood is preserved. In the use of adhesive, the solid wood particle board uses natural wood particles, which determines its environmental protection and avoids the waste of materials again.
