The production of subao plums, the plums ripe in July and August, and the other 20-30% are cooked by sugar in the later stage. Soak in salt or lime for 4 hours to make the core easier to take out and play an anti-corrosion role. Plums are brittle when squeezed out of water. Adding pepper can sterilize, increase flavor and promote saccharification. Take out the core the next day. Apricot plum and salt plum are suitable for Su Bao plum and carved plum. Marry the plum on the apricot tree as apricot plum. There are two old plum trees in Jianchuan, covering tens of meters wide. There is a 700-year-old plum leaf in Xiameiyuan Village, Shi Baoshan, but it doesn't bear fruit now. The picking period of plums is from the end of May to August. Plum itself is a Chinese herbal medicine. After drying, it is dark plum, which has insecticidal and astringent effects. The output of Jianchuan plums sold is about 200 tons per year, including wild plums. There is a kind of unmarried bitter plum.
Stewed plum with carved plum
